Hi, my name is Gary. I’m a resident of Massillon Ohio where I live with my wife Jen and our daughter Kinsley. we are avid outdoor enthusiasts. We enjoy hiking, walking and visiting parks.
I have an interest in the outdoors, wildlife management and conservation and Ohio’s flora and fauna. I’ve planted hundreds of trees in my lifetime and am a bonsai enthusiast. I was fortunate to have worked, while in my mid twenties, at one of America’s most famous archery manufacturers. It was there that I bought my first bow and arrow and have been shooting ever since.
While attending a local Soil and water conservation district presentation I learned that despite 80% of Ohio’s forest being privately owned, only 1% is managed. since that time, I’ve developed a strong interest in learning forestry management principals for wildlife, especially deer and birds.
Having an interest in the outdoors made for a seamless transition into being a land specialist realtor.
One of the best lessons I’ve learned so far in real estate is M.S.H. (Make Something Happen). it means I don’t sit around waiting; I take action. There’s always something more that can be done to help a property sell, and I am willing to do what it takes to make your real estate transaction successful.
I look forward to helping you buy or sell land in northeast Ohio.
